How your customers use it

After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry hair until damp.
Warm 2–4 drops of the oil in the palm of the hand.

What is the minimum order quantity?: Standard MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU. For repeat customers or sample orders we can arrange smaller pilot runs. Custom formulation may require a higher MOQ depending on ingredient sourcing.
Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?: Yes. We provide free samples of the standard Pallamina Curl Boosting Hair Oil. You pay the international shipping cost. Custom-formulation samples are quoted separately.
Do you support custom formulation and packaging?: Yes. We offer custom active systems, fragrance profiles, bottle moulds, label artwork and outer carton design. The standard lead time for a fully custom SKU is 30–45 days after formula approval.
What payment methods do you accept?: T/T (bank wire), L/C at sight, PayPal and Western Union for samples. For first orders we typically require 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy.
